Over the years, Zuffinetti has specialized in the development of blades for cutting composite materials.

The collaboration with the major companies in the Automotive and Aerospace sector and in the composite industry in general, has allowed us to constantly improve the quality of the blades we supply and develop new solutions, optimal for cutting composite materials as well as fabrics, rubbers and thermoplastic films.
Our tungsten carbide ultrasonic knives easily adapt to any type of ultrasonic head on which they are mounted.
Entirely made within our factory, thanks to the use of production procedures specifically developed for each specific application (also based on the customer’s design), we are able to guarantee more precise cuts with above-average and constant operating cycles over time .
